In this class, we will go through decorating five cookies (as shown in the photo) using royal icing. At the end of this course, you will walk away with all the cookies you decorated in a box to take home and enjoy!

 

This class is great for someone with no cookie-decorating experience, who is looking to learn the basics and have a fun night out with friends!

 

Techniques taught in class will include:

  • How to cut and use tipless piping bags.

  • How to use different icing consistencies.

  • How to outline and flood cookies using the same icing consistency.

  • How to use "wet-on-wet" techniques.

  • How to flood separate sections to create dimensional details.

Additional Notes:

  • Snacks are permitted and Students 21+ may BYOB. Fridge space available for use. Please be aware that table space is limited.

  • Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so class can begin on time.

  • Class usually run around 1.5 to 2 hours

Please note that once payment is provided, your ticket sale is final. If you are unable to attend the class, tickets can be transferred but are not refundable. If you cannot find a replacement, please email me with at least 48 hours' notice to see if I can assist in finding one for you. If a replacement cannot be found, you may collect your cookies as a DIY kit within 48 hours of the scheduled class time. In the event of illness, I reserve the right to cancel the class, in which case a full refund will be offered. Each attendee must have a purchased ticket, as spectating is not permitted.
