ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm so happy you found me! Most of my friends call me Becca, but I respond to most anything except Becky! I am the owner and operator of Bex n Bails Bakery; a licensed home Bakery in Glastonbury, Connecticut.

I first started making cookies for family events a couple of times a year and I can assure you it was nothing fancy! It was usually a cookie with icing that I spread on with a knife and smothered in sprinkles to cover up all the flaws! 

It wasn't until a family friend asked me if she could place an order with me that I realized this could turn into something. In August 2019, I started taking orders for friends and family and by April 2020 I became officially licensed and open to the public.

My Bakery name stemmed from my personal Instagram account name - the 'Bails' being my nine-year-old Beagle/Boston Terrier pup who has my whole heart! (I promise, she's not helping me in the kitchen!) I work full-time during the day at Travelers Insurance Company and make cookies at night. I am completely self-taught, constantly learning and seeking new challenges in this cookie world!
